Key performance metrics such as transaction volumes, costs, service levels, safety, and revenues are compared to other administrators for key activities and delivery channels. The analysis provides insights into: service standards, areas for improvement, cost drivers, as well as best practices in communication material and business processes.
The benchmarking service includes the following:

Each year we review a selected piece of communication material,
such as websites or license renewal mailings, and provide recommendations on your material and highlight
best practices. We are now extending our service to reviewing more complex business processes
such as call centers.
