Flo Vaughan
Quality Control, Production Coordinator
Flo joined CEM in 2004 and has been involved in CEM’s Investment and Administration Benchmarking services including design, data analysis, and report production. Flo is currently the quality control manager and production coordinator for North America, Australia and the UK. Prior to joining CEM, she has accumulated over 17 years experience in the insurance industry specializing in investment and portfolio business analysis. Flo holds an Accounting and Financial Management degree from Centennial College of Toronto, and a degree from Life Office Management Association (LOMA).
Brenda Yuyitung, CFA
Senior Analyst
Since joining CEM in 2000, Brenda has been involved in all aspects of CEM’s Investment and Administration Benchmarking services including research, design, client service, data analysis, and report production. Brenda's current responsibilities include North America, Australia and the UK. Prior to joining CEM, Brenda had extensive experience in the brokerage industry specializing in corporate compliance and governance. Brenda holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto and is a CFA charter holder.
Annette van Scherpenzeel
Analyst
Annette joined CEM in 2011 and she will be involved in all CEM’s Pension Administration services for our North American, Australian and especially our Dutch clients. Prior to joining CEM, Annette had extensive international experience in the tax advisory industry specializing in Human Capital taxation. Annette holds a Master’s degree in Tax Law from the University of Leiden, The Netherlands.
Rogier Slingerland, MSc
Manager Dutch Client Relations
Coming from the banking and advisory industry, Rogier joined CEM in 2010. He specializes in financial analysis, investment analysis and strategic management, with responsibilities for North America and the Netherlands. Rogier holds a Bachelor of Finance from Miami University, a Masters of Strategic Management and a Masters of Finance and Investments from the Rotterdam School of Management.
